I just wanted to drop you a thank-you note for my recent re-shipment. We received our jars of honey jelly fully intact! We have eaten 1/3 of one jar already! I appreciated your response to our broken jars. It's not often a customer gets a hand written note of apology and it shows how much you and your company care about their customers. It was very nice of you to take the time to do this. I had sent UPS an e-mail too. I did not get any results from them. Your customer service is top notch. We will be ordering from you in the future!
